Who we are
This store is operated by Yare Garments LLC, trading as YARE Clothing. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes or duties calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider on a secure, encrypted checkout.
Shipping and returns
Shipping rates and our return policy are set out in Shipping Info, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The YARE name, marks, campaign photography, artwork and site content are owned by Yare Garments LLC. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or resell products as authorized YARE stock without a written wholesale agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
