Plain-language terms covering what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details. When you join the YARE Family list we collect only your first name and email. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by YARE.
How we use it
To fulfil and support your order, to send transactional emails such as confirmations and tracking, and — if you opted in — to send YARE Family drop announcements and brand news. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing emails
YARE Family emails are opt-in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional order emails.
Service providers
We share the minimum necessary data with providers who help run the store: our commerce and payments platform, shipping carriers, and our email provider. Each is bound to handle data only for those purposes.
Cookies and analytics
The store uses cookies required for cart and checkout functionality, plus aggregate analytics to understand which pages perform. You can block non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
Order records are retained as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Email list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
Children
The store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
